[Seoul] Seoul's Apgujeong Hyundai Apartment Reconstruction with 300% floor area ratio of 2,600 households

The area of Hyundai Apartment in Apgujeong, Seoul, will be rebuilt into a 2,600-unit apartment complex with a maximum floor area ratio of 300%.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government held an authorization subcommittee of the Urban Planning Committee and passed a decision on the reconstruction and maintenance area of Apgujeong District 2 and the decision on the maintenance plan.

Accordingly, Hyundai apartments will be rebuilt into 2,606 residential complexes in 12 buildings, with a maximum height of 250m and design-specific sections such as oval buildings will be applied.

In addition, the plan is to build a walking path using green areas starting at Sinsa Neighborhood Park and leading to Olympic Boulevard, and plan a public walking passageway of 8m wide so that anyone can go to Hangang Park.

In addition, the Seoul Metropolitan Government also passed a plan to turn Seocho Jinheung Apartment into a residential complex with a floor area ratio of 372% and 857 households, and a maintenance plan to rebuild Bangbae Shin Samho Apartment into 930 households.
