Rosé, talk about malicious comments. Tears During Interview "Internet Is a Lonely World"

Group Black Pink Rosé opened up about her trainee life and domestic fandom culture.

In a recent interview with the New York Times, Rosé revealed the production process of her first full-length album, "rosie," which is set to be released on December 12.

"I doubted myself a lot while making the album," Rosé said. "I've never trained to be weak or honest and open. That's why I was even more afraid."

While talking about his career as a singer, he also talked about his experience with a thorough K-pop training system.

He, who came to Korea from Australia and was a trainee at YG Entertainment, recalled the time, "I went so far, but I failed, so I didn't want to show myself coming back."

He said, "I had to become a singer during my trainee life and let the world know who I was in front of the camera, but I had to learn that change myself. So the first few years were really difficult," he said.

In addition, he was honest about the situation of K-pop singers who are evaluated by strict standards and are difficult to express freely.

Rosé said, "We are always trained to express ourselves in the most perfect way. So even when I was communicating with my fans online, I had to give a perfect answer," he said. "I had to be the perfect girl for everyone. That was the culture," he said.

He also confessed his experience with malicious comments. He said, "The Internet was a lonely world. While writing the song, I thought there would be many other girls who have experienced this. I just want people to know that I'm not different."

"In the process, Rosé started crying," the New York Times added.

Rosé said, "I don't want to be swept away by emotions. I'm very positive, and I like to think wisely about what things affect me. But when I actually experienced (malicious comments), I felt really bad," he confessed.
