Dongduk Women's University said it will file an application for an injunction against students occupying the main building for eviction and obstruction of business with the Seoul Northern District Court.
The school explained that if the occupation of the main building is prolonged, it could disrupt the regular entrance examination and next year's academic schedule, so it has taken legal action.
However, he added that further discussions are needed on whether to claim damages for damage to facilities.
Earlier, the school held a third meeting with the student council, but failed to reach an agreement with the students demanding the complete withdrawal of the coeducational transition.
