Amid the expansion of strong wind warnings across the country, snow falls in the mountains of Gangwon-do and sleet and sleet are also observed in Seoul and other inland areas.

Snow will begin in parts of the central and northern part of the country from work, and snow is expected to fall between night and tomorrow morning.

Yes, as the rain clouds accompanying the low pressure, which rained a lot on Jeju Island and the southern coast overnight, fell to the east, there are now many places where the rain has subsided in most inland areas.

But the wind is still strong.

Currently, small typhoon-like strong winds are blowing throughout the country, including 22 meters per second in Misiryeong, Inje, Gangwon-do, 21.9 meters per second in Sinseo-myeon, Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, and 18 meters per second in Gosan, Jeju.

The special warning of strong winds has also been expanded.

From the end of work, the strong cold trough in China enters the Korean Peninsula, and snow begins to fall mainly in the central and northern part of the country at night

By dawn tomorrow, snow areas in Chungcheong and southern parts are expected to expand.

As a result, a preliminary warning of heavy snowfall has been issued for the mountains and Taebaek in Gangwon-do Province due to tonight's effect, and the Korea Meteorological Administration said it is considering expanding the issuance inland as well.

Snow is up to 20cm in Gangwon-do until the day after tomorrow, 15cm in eastern Jeollabuk-do, 15cm in mountain 5 in Jeju,
It is expected to fall from 3 to as much as 10cm in the metropolitan area such as
Seoul.

In particular, strong and heavy snow of 1 to 3 cm per hour is expected to be concentrated in Gangwon-do from dawn to night tomorrow, and in the metropolitan area and some inland areas from dawn to morning.

As it is predicted that the snow will be concentrated during the rush hour, special attention should be paid to traffic safety on the way to work tomorrow.

Until Thursday, snow is expected to continue between dawn and morning, and snow and rain will mix during the day when temperatures rise and then turn back into snow at night.

At the same time, the temperature will drop sharply.

Freezing cold is expected tomorrow in the central part and some inland areas, and the day after tomorrow in most parts of the country.
