A restaurant owner who imprisoned an acquaintance, a restaurant employee, at home and assaulted him several times to death was sentenced to heavy punishment.

The Incheon District Court sentenced A, in his 30s, to 15 years in prison on charges of injury and death.

The court said that A treated the victim as a tool to provide labor while effectively controlling the victim, and that the nature of the crime was very poor.

A was put on trial for repeatedly beating his acquaintance B, who he hired as an employee of his restaurant, to death after learning about him while working as a public service worker from October last year to May.When Mr.

B was assaulted by Mr. A at the restaurant about 15 days before his death, he ran away to a nearby restaurant and reported it to the police,
Mr.
A found Mr. B, imprisoned him in his vehicle, and told the police officer who was dispatched that Mr. B had fled to another place.

Afterwards, A assaulted B for 15 days at home, and the prosecution argued that A dominated B's hearing and was intentional in murder, but the court did not admit it.
