In the future, empty-handed travel services in the city center will be expanded in Myeong-dong and Gangnam, Seoul, where you can check in and go to Incheon International Airport with empty hands.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Incheon International Airport Corporation said they will expand the "Easy Drop Service" to Myeong-dong and Gangnam in Seoul to enhance the convenience of travelers.

The Myeong-dong branch, which opens tomorrow (28th), is a baggage check-in office located near Exit 9 of Myeong-dong Station, and the service will be expanded to accommodation areas such as hotels and residences near Apgujeong and Sinsa stations early next year.

EasyDrop service is a service that allows you to check your luggage in advance at a place other than the airport and receive it at an overseas destination airport, and is currently available to passengers of Korean Air, Asiana, Jeju Air, and T'way Air.

In the case of service branches, starting with the city airport terminal in 2010, it was expanded to Hongdae and Incheon.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said it will expand the number of participating airlines and continue to increase the number of bases in the city center in the future to ensure tight security in all processes, including baggage transport.
