He also explained that if the announcement of those who passed the additional exam is imminent on the 26th of next month, the deadline for notifying the applicants to pass the exam, there could be major confusion, such as having to check the duplicate pass and decide whether to give up registration in a short time.

Coincidental Chul, director of the Institute for Admissions Strategy, predicted that the incident could expand opportunities for students with similar grades to Yonsei University, and that the impact on time would not be significant.

In addition, the entrance examination industry predicted that Yonsei University's decision to take additional exams will inevitably cause anxiety among high school students, who are currently in the last year of the CSAT system.
