36,000 units of the first new city reconstruction leading district, which has been in progress since May, have finally been decided.
The government and the relevant local governments said they would not spare any support for the entire process of reconstruction with the goal of moving in 2030.

The leading district selected through competition of 4.25 to 1 compared to the applied households is about 36,000 units, which is 12% of the total number of the first new city.
There are 10,948 units in three areas, including Yangji Village and Kumho in Bundang, 8,912 units in three areas, including Baeksong Village 1 in Ilsan, 5,460 units in three areas, including Pyeongchon Sam Village, and 5,957 units and 4,620 units in Jung-dong and Sanbon in two areas, respectively.
Separately, 1,400 row houses, one in Bundang and Ilsan, were also designated as "de facto leading districts."
After intense efforts, the complexes selected as leading districts cheered.

Contrary to expectations, there are concerns about a drop in housing prices along with discouragement.

The government promised administrative and financial support to help the reconstruction of the leading district achieve its 2030 occupancy goal.
First of all, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Education, and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education signed a business agreement next month to solve the school problem,
In order to reduce the conflict over the estimated contribution, we decided to entrust the calculation work to the Korea Real Estate Agency.
In addition, the electronic consent method was first introduced in March to prepare a friction-free consent form, and financial support measures were proposed for smooth business progress.
