Cars continue their turtle steps through the falling snow without getting tired.

Long lines formed at the bus stop again, heralding a hard way home from work.

The Seoul Outer Ring Expressway barely gained speed until late afternoon due to heavy snow and accidents.

, roads continued to be crowded due to delayed snow removal.

[BAE JUN YOUNG / Yeoksam-dong, Seoul: When I came out in the morning, it was like rain, so I thought it wouldn't rain a lot, but there was heavy snow. To the point where it's hard to walk around. Morning and lunch time, I think it was a very hard day for an office worker like us.
