Traffic lights are broken in heavy snow... "I can't see the signal."

This is a view of the intersection in Sanghyeon-dong, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, which was filmed at around 9:20 a.m. today.

The traffic light is bent down due to snow and no signal is visible at all.

The informant said it was a dangerous situation where cars approached just below the traffic light and moved only after checking the signal.
