Detailed development sketches of the Yongsan International Business District, a landmark up to 100 floors that will start construction next year, have been released.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Korea Railroad Corporation, and the Seoul Housing and Urban Innovation Corporation signed a joint agreement to develop Yongsan International Business District.

The Yongsan International Business District is 495,000 square meters and plans to develop the Yongsan Maintenance Window area as a global business hub and spend 3.57 trillion won to improve the wide-area transportation network such as railroads and intersections.

In addition, 13,000 residential facilities will be supplied with the goal of moving in in 2030, and a complex cultural space will be built linking the international business district and Yongsan Park with the concert hall, exhibition hall, and library.
