Putin "Ukra nuclear weapons use all means of destruction"

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that Ukraine will use all means of destruction in response to its possession of nuclear weapons.

Putin, who is on a state visit to Kazakhstan, told a press conference on the 28th local time that Russia would prevent Ukraine from attempting to acquire nuclear weapons and would use all its weapons against Ukraine if such a situation occurred.

This appears to be a statement with U.S. media reports in mind that U.S. President Joe Biden could propose providing nuclear weapons to Ukraine before leaving office.

Putin also added that Ukraine has no nuclear weapons capability and could only make a "dirty balm," but that Russia would respond appropriately.

'Dirty Bomb' is a conventional bomb that combines radioactive substances such as cesium or uranium to damage in a way that causes radioactive contamination.
