The daughter who killed her mother in her 80s for nagging and 20 years in prison in the first trial.

The Seoul Northern District Court sentenced A, a woman in her 40s, to 20 years in prison and ordered a three-year probation for killing her elderly mother at home with a blunt instrument.

The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying that the crime was very heavy as the anger that had been accumulated after hearing the victim's nagging exploded and killed him brutally, but considered accidentally and reflecting on it under the influence of alcohol.

A turned himself in to the police last July after killing his old mother while drinking at his home in Jungnang-gu, Seoul.
