"Russian Defense Minister Visits North Korea...Bilateral talks to be held"

Russian Defense Minister Andrei Bellowsov made an official visit to North Korea, foreign media reported, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.

Bellowsov will meet with senior leaders of the North Korean military and military and political parties.

Minister Bellowsov was greeted by North Korean Defense Minister Noh Kwang-chul at Sunan International Airport near Pyongyang, and the honor guard of the Korean People's Army held an official welcoming ceremony.

Earlier in North Korea, Foreign Minister Choi Sun-hee visited Russia at the end of last month and met with Russian President Putin and others.
