YTN Climate Change Diagnostic Series 'The Pulse of the Earth' has been awarded the 7th Korea Data Journalism Awards 'Data Journalism Innovation of the Year'.
The Korea Data Journalism Awards presented innovation awards to six people, including YTN Data Lab reporter Ham Hyung-gun, who has produced the "Earth Pulse" series since June this year at the Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The organizers evaluated that they expanded the methodology and material of domestic data journalism by analyzing and reporting information that is difficult to grasp with ground observation data using satellite data.
