Heavy snow over the past two days has killed more than 1,200 livestock across the country.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs said that as of 3 p.m. today (29th), more than 500 livestock facilities and 16 hectares (hectare) across the country were damaged, with the roof collapsing, and 1,200 livestock, including cows, pigs and chickens, died.

From the 2nd to the 20th of next month, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs plans to urgently check the situation of disaster preparedness for more than 2,000 simple livestock houses, including local governments and greenhouses.
