French President Emmanuel Macron visited Notre-Dame Cathedral and looked around before the opening ceremony on the 7th of next month.

Macron will deliver a speech to commemorate the reopening on the afternoon of the 7th of next month, and only those invited will be allowed to attend the opening celebration Mass at the cathedral.

The general public can visit from 5:30 p.m. on the 8th, the next day, and you must reserve a free admission ticket in advance through the cathedral's website.

Hundreds of companies and experts participated in the restoration of Notre Dame Cathedral, costing 700 million euros and 1.325 trillion won in our money.

New extinguishing equipment has also been installed in the restored cathedral in case of fire.

Earlier, President Macron also invited Pope Francis to the reopening ceremony, but the pope expressed his intention not to attend in September.

The cause of the Notre Dame Cathedral fire has yet to be determined, although the investigation has been ongoing for five years.
