Lebanon's pro-Iranian militant Hezbollah has begun withdrawing from southern Lebanon as agreed on the 28th local time, the second day of a temporary ceasefire with Israel.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) said Hezbollah's truck carrying rocket launchers was seen moving north from the outskirts of Navatier, the largest city in southern Lebanon.

It also said trucks and armored vehicles carrying Lebanese bulldozers had moved south along a coastal highway.

Under the agreement, Hezbollah will be forced to retreat north of the Ritani River near the Israeli border, Israel will be forced to withdraw from southern Lebanon, and Lebanese troops and U.N. peacekeepers will be stationed in the south.

But Lebanon's military has accused Israel of still carrying out attacks and violating the cease-fire agreement, while Israel's military has claimed Hezbollah has engaged in dubious activities that violate the agreement.

An Israeli military spokesman warned Lebanese residents today (29th) not to return to more than 60 southern villages and warned anyone heading south of the designated line to endanger themselves.
