Electricity was cut off at around 5:30 a.m. today (29th) at an officetel building in Deokyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The power outage has caused inconvenience, with more than 700 households, including residential households and shopping malls, unable to use heaters for nearly a day.
In addition, one resident was rescued by fire after being trapped in an elevator.
The management office said the power outage was caused by a fire in the external transformer terminal and that it is continuing to work on the recovery.
