North Korean leader Kim Jong-un met with Russian Defense Minister Bellowsov, who visited North Korea yesterday.
At the meeting, Chairman Kim once again said, "North Korea will continue to support the Russian Federation's policy of defending its territorial integrity."
In addition, the U.S. and the West's provision of long-range strike weapons to Ukraine was "direct military intervention in the Russian territorial dispute" and Russia's response was "self-defense."
North Korean media reported that Chairman Kim and Minister Bellowsov agreed to a satisfactory agreement.
With the war in Ukraine entering a new phase ahead of the Trump administration, there is a possibility that additional North Korean troops and weapons aid and Russia's provision of military technology or resources to North Korea in return have been discussed.

President Zelensky said that if NATO membership is approved, ceasefire negotiations can be held without restoring the territory?
[Reporter]
This is what President Zelensky said in an interview with British media on the 29th local time.
Ukraine's NATO membership is the only solution to prevent the overheating of the war.
It said that if NATO membership is approved, the territory of Russia-occupied Ukraine could be recovered by diplomatic means.
The comments came in response to a question about reports that Trump's end-of-war plan was about Ukraine joining NATO and Russia having territory it has occupied so far.
It is the first time since the start of the war that Russia has hinted at a possible ceasefire negotiations at a time when it has occupied parts of Ukraine's territory, the outlet said.
Recently, Ukraine has emphasized that NATO membership should be achieved as soon as possible.
It seems to be based on the judgment that it is difficult to turn the tide with current troops and weapons.
NATO members are largely positive about Ukraine's membership in NATO, but have not taken any concrete steps out of fear of escalating conflict with Russia.
President Zelensky also said in an interview that various opinions around Trump could get in the way, and that he wanted to listen to and communicate with Trump in person and find a new model.
