A series of related traffic accidents occurred as the freezing of the road made it difficult to brake the vehicle.
There was also a dizzying accident in which a moving ladder car hit an apartment playground, but no one was hurt.

A long ladder car is lying on the snowy apartment complex, bending like a taffy.
At around 11:40 a.m., a moving ladder truck collapsed at an apartment in Yeongcheon-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, hitting a playground in the complex.
If there were children, it was a dizzying accident that could have caused major casualties.
[Apartment resident: It keeps going up above the top of the roof of the apartment, more than 20 floors, until the end.... I fell sideways because I couldn't beat it.]
Snow is piled up on the median strip, and drivers get out of their cars and are busy dealing with the accident.
Ten cars collided around 6:30 a.m. around the Beombae Tunnel in Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do.
No one was hurt, but the road was once inconvenient to be completely controlled.
Around noon, eight cars collided one after another around the Yangyang Junction on the Seoul-Yangyang Expressway.
It is believed that the car that was in front of the traffic jam suddenly stopped and caused an accident.
At around 8:30 a.m., a 7.5-ton milk transport vehicle fell sideways on an icy road in Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do.
The driver, who was trapped in the vehicle, was rescued and taken to a hospital.
A one-ton truck is half lifted over a completely crushed car.
Four cars collided in the direction of Bucheon, Jangsu Overpass in Incheon at around 7:30 a.m.
When the driver of the car suddenly stopped the vehicle, a series of car crashes followed, and police explained that the driver's blood alcohol level was at the level of license suspension at the time of the accident.
