During the school curriculum, there is also an "ecological education" where students can experience firsthand the process of growing and harvesting crops.
At an elementary school in Ulsan, students are increasingly interested in unique classes using drones.
JCN Ulsan Central Broadcasting Station reporter Park Young-hoon reports.

Students gathered on the playground for the first time in a long time to take drone classes.
After listening carefully to the instructor's explanation and carefully operating the drone pilot, the drone rises into the air.
This drone is an agricultural control drone for spraying pesticides or water on crops.
Students of the Student Council came up with the idea of using drones to grow gardens, which led to drone control classes linked to school ecology education.
[Roh Gunhee / Sampyeong Elementary School 6th grade: Talking to the teachers in the drone department about how to use the garden, I thought about spraying water with drones, so I think it was a good experience to get a license with this idea.]
Crop harvesting time following the end of the drone class.
In the meantime, let's enjoy the joy of harvest by hand pulling out well-cut cabbages and carrots one by one.
These hand-harvested crops lead to students taking them home and sharing cooking experiences.
[Park Seo-yoon / 5th grader at Sampyeong Elementary School: It was fun to pick cabbages with my friends. When picking radishes, it was easy to pull them out with one hand, but the cabbage had to be held with both hands to pull them out. I think I'll take the cabbage home and cook something delicious with my family.]
Sampyeong Elementary School, which has been running a "landy ecological education" for 40 students in all schools since March, meaning that students become landowners.
With the addition of drone classes to ecological education, courses are also in operation for students to obtain drone certificates.
Ecological education conducted with ideas proposed by students is becoming a meaningful time to experience the harmony of modern technology and traditional agriculture.
