◇ Anchor> What does North Korea want most urgently now?

◆Lee Ho-ryeong> First of all, the most vulnerable part of North Korea is the rebellion. So I wanted to focus on increasing the capabilities of the anti-communist field, and if you look at it, I announced that I was going to try three times this year in relation to military reconnaissance satellites, but I only managed to launch satellites once. So the reason why there are not two remaining times is that there will be technical defects or various problems. So you might think that there might be technical support for that.

◇Anchor> There may be additional launches soon, depending on the situation. At a time when various possibilities are now being discussed, the Russian deputy foreign minister did not deny the press question regarding the possibility of resuming nuclear tests. There is also a concern that the possibility has been left open.

◆ Lee Ho-ryeong> All possibilities are always open. Therefore, Russia is not opposed to North Korea's nuclear test. If you look at it now, it emphasizes that North Korea and Russia have the right to self-defense for each other's actions. In the end, whether North Korea conducts an additional seventh nuclear test or launches a military reconnaissance satellite, Russia, despite being a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council, is making logic about it as self-defense.
