Park Chan-dae, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, said he has agreed to the government and the ruling party's proposal to delay the taxation of virtual assets by two years, which was scheduled to take effect next month.Floor leader

Park said at a press conference at the National Assembly, "After deep discussions, we decided that further system maintenance is necessary."

However, he said he opposed the separate taxation plan on dividend income, which the government and the ruling party have insisted on, because it is the complete version of the tax cut for the super rich, and explained that he plans to reject the inheritance and gift tax law that contains easing inheritance tax.
