According to the data submitted by Rep. Jin Sun-mi of the Democratic Party of Korea, a member of the National Assembly's Education Committee, from the Ministry of Education, 533 reports were received at the reporting center for three years from 2021.

However, it was found that there was only one professional counselor and there was no new recruitment plan.

When a report is received, the elementary, middle and high school cases are transferred to the education office and the university cases are transferred to the university, and the Ministry of Education can investigate ex officio if the results of the case are insufficient, but it has never conducted an ex officio investigation in three years.
