The Korea Communications Commission recently said it is a clear measure that it is a place where major deliberations and resolutions take place on the revision of the general meeting room inside the Gwacheon Government Complex.

The KCC explained that the conference room is a place to make major decisions, such as preparing policies through consultation and discussion between members and ordering correction of violations of the law.

He added that while the name of the conference room has been mixed as a referee's office or a meeting room, it has been clarified as a referee's office considering that it is a place where major broadcasting and communication policies close to people's livelihoods are implemented.

He also emphasized that although a new partition was installed in the judging pavilion, it did not interfere with the coverage and audience of outsiders, such as reporters and ordinary people, and that the standing committee and the general public's door were separated in consideration of the movement and convenience of access inside the conference hall.
