[Busan] Comprehensive measures such as strengthening safety nets for the vulnerable in winter

The Busan Metropolitan Government announced comprehensive measures to stabilize people's livelihoods in four areas: welfare and safety, health and life.

This measure is designed to strengthen the safety net for the vulnerable and to establish a natural disaster response system for the winter season.
