Chairman Cho has been accused of calling late at night to urge his acquaintances on several occasions since September last year, saying he did not pay them back.
Chairman Cho was also found to have repeatedly uttered abusive language while calling the debtor, and even mentioned his wife and children.
Chairman Cho is said to have largely admitted illegal debt collection charges in a police investigation.
Earlier, YTN exclusively reported that Chairman Cho falsely wrote his high school academic background and track record at the time of May 18 in a self-introduction letter and that he had 19 criminal convictions.
In response, Chairman Cho refuted that he was never a gangster as reported by the media in 1994, saying that some members were hurting him.
