Entering winter, the sky was cloudy today (2nd) due to thick fog in the morning and smog from China in the afternoon.
The weather was warm, but the temperature is expected to drop sharply tomorrow.

The commute to downtown Seoul from 63 Building is faint as if a curtain were hanging.
Between dawn and morning, dense fog narrowed the view of most inland areas to less than 200m, and low-correction warnings were also issued at some airports.
The fog is thick because there are many places where the snow that fell last week did not melt and accumulated, and the humidity of the ground increased due to the rain that fell yesterday (1st).
the beginning of a winter covered with thick fog
The morning temperature in Seoul was 4.6 degrees, far above the average temperature, and it was warm like early spring, rising to 13 degrees in the middle of the day.
[Kim Hyun-joo / Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul: It's December and the weather is warm, so I came out to ride a bike. I'm worried because I heard it's going to get a lot colder (from tomorrow). I'm afraid I won't be able to ride it....]
From the afternoon, smog from China permeated the sky.
The concentration of ultrafine dust in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and other inland areas, including Chungnam, has soared to a "bad" level, exceeding 40μg per cubic meter.
However, the dust will not stay long, and cold air will come down from the north, smoothing the spread of the atmosphere and disappear overnight.
The cold air has driven away dust, but it is expected to bring winter cold.
[Kim Byung-kwon / Meteorological Agency forecaster: Temperatures will drop sharply on Tuesday, the 3rd, as cold air moves south from the northwest.]
Including the first cold wave warning issued in Incheon, the central part of the country will be below zero tomorrow morning, while Seoul and Incheon will drop to minus 4 degrees, Cheorwon, Gangwon Province to minus 7 degrees, and Paju, Gyeonggi Province to minus 8 degrees.
The Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that temperatures would temporarily rise in the second half of the week, recovering to normal levels, and then the cold would become stronger again on the weekend, bringing the nation below zero.
