Lee Seong-joon, head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff's press office, said in a regular briefing today, "As North Korea flew balloons more than 30 times, its technology and experience have accumulated, and the accuracy has partially increased."
Recently, North Korea added that balloons are mainly flying in the direction of flying to Seoul, and that it is not sending them from northern Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do to northern Gangwon-do as in the past.
