Busan City predicts that if a 2,000-room hotel, large concert hall, theme park, and large shopping mall are located in the building that has created the largest "media facade" in Korea, it will be the future of Busan itself.Outside the
building, it encompasses the coastal landscape of Busan Port and the green area where various activities are possible, raising expectations that it will become a new representative space symbolizing Busan.
The operator, who expressed his intention to invest, drew a line on concerns surrounding redevelopment, including the exclusive use of residential facilities.

Although the formal sale process for the land remains, the Busan Metropolitan Government expects the project to proceed smoothly and see the representative building that has completed construction in 2030.
