Earlier, A was put on trial at around 10:05 a.m. on January 2 on charges of interrupting traffic flow by suddenly stopping the vehicle between the first and second lanes while driving a 1-ton truck near the Ochang Rest Area in Hanam direction on the Jungbu Expressway in Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju.
