The Seoul Central District Court today (3rd) sentenced A in his 30s to a fine of 3 million won on charges of insult.
The court explained that the expression used by Mr. A was judged to be offensive and derogatory personal attacks in context.
Earlier in 2022, A posted four comments that undermined IU's costume and singing skills, and was put on trial.
During the trial, A complained that "he suffers from mental illness, so his sentence skills lag behind."
