Seven out of 10 passengers who went abroad by Jeju Air after completing the college entrance examination last year chose Japan as their destination.

Jeju Air analyzed the boarding performance of 13,000 people born in 2005 using flights in January and February, and found that more than 9,00 people, or 69% of the total, went to Japan.

Among the Japanese routes, the most popular regions were Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka.

Southeast Asia, including Cebu in the Philippines and Da Nang in Vietnam, ranked second with 16%, followed by Hong Kong and Taipei.
