The military plans to introduce more than 100 "corrugated cardboard drones" early next year.

It is known that the South Korean military will deliver about 100 corrugated cardboard drones early next year and deploy them to the drone operation command.

The Ministry of National Defense said it is strengthening drone power in various ways, adding that paper-based corrugated drones are one of the weapon systems that can be used without space or geographical restrictions because they are not on radar.

Accordingly, the military plans to first operate corrugated drones for reconnaissance purposes and then consider introducing or developing them for self-destruction purposes.

Corrugated cardboard drones made of paper have been evaluated as being proven to be economical and operational as Ukraine actively utilizes them.
