Namdaemun Police Station in Seoul sent a man in his 50s to the prosecution on charges of lighting the luggage of the homeless.
A is suspected of lighting blankets and clothes of homeless people on the underground sidewalk in front of Sungnyemun Gate at around 10 p.m. on the 20th of last month.
Mr. A is said to have stated in a police investigation that he was angry and set fire while drinking and arguing with homeless people.
