No one was injured in the fire, but 33 residents were evacuated as the corridor was filled with smoke.
The owner reportedly explained that the kickboard was charged in the house and then parked in the hallway, but suddenly it caught fire.
Fire authorities believe the fire started in the kickboard battery and requested an appraisal from the National Forensic Service to determine the exact cause of the fire.
