Lee Chang-soo, the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, convened an "expansion meeting" on the day of the impeachment vote, attended by all middle executives.

If the impeachment motion is passed, some of the command, including himself, will be vacant, so the acting system will be checked in advance so that it can be implemented without a hitch.

The chief of the district attorney's office is also expected to ask executives to "not be swayed and focus on business processing even if impeachment is made."

The Justice Department and prosecutors are reportedly not planning separate appointments to fill the vacancy.

Accordingly, Park Seung-hwan, a senior deputy chief prosecutor, will represent his duties for the time being instead of Lee Chang-soo, a senior prosecutor,
There is a high possibility that the 4th deputy director of the
Jo Sang-won will be filled by the 2nd and 3rd deputy directors, and the 2nd anti-corruption manager Choi Jae-hoon will be filled by the 3rd director of the anti-corruption investigation.

Criticism came out over the opposition's resolution of the audit request for the "prosecution internal opposition."

[Park Sung-jae / Minister of Justice (Yesterday): Everyone is a legal expert, and I think it is constitutional freedom of expression to express their opinions on illegal and unjust impeachment.]

If the impeachment is actually carried out and the agency system becomes a reality, it is expected that not only key investigations but also maintenance of prosecution in major trials will inevitably be disrupted.

The prosecution is also considering a provisional injunction to suspend its effectiveness, but there is no means to stop the impeachment itself, which is deepening its troubles.
