[Weather] Until morning, western rain and snow...It's freezing cold.

With sub-zero cold in most parts of the country, rain or snow is expected in the west by this morning (4th).

The Korea Meteorological Administration said that due to the influx of cloud bands developed in the West Sea, the western part of the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong Province, and Honam will receive less than 5mm of rain or 1 to 3cm of snow by around 9 a.m. today.

There is not much rain or snow, but due to the low temperature, there is a high possibility of icy roads and road thin ice everywhere, so caution is needed.

In the morning, minus-1 degrees Celsius in Daejeon, minus-2 degrees Celsius in Seoul, and minus-6 degrees Celsius in Paju, Cheorwon, and Daegwallyeong are expected to continue in most parts of the country.
