The news of the declaration of the emergency martial law also made police and firefighters move urgently at one point.
It seemed to be preparing for an emergency by strengthening vigilance and emergency response posture.

After the declaration of the emergency decree, police ordered a national police station to strengthen its vigilance.
Police Commissioner Jo Ji-ho then convened the command and held an emergency meeting for about an hour and a half.
During the meeting, the National Police Agency has not made an official position since the end of the meeting, as the "Resolution on the Demand for the Release of Emergency Statutes" was passed at the plenary session of the National Assembly.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's "Eulho Emergency," which was intended to be issued at 1 a.m., was also put on hold as the National Police Agency ordered it to wait according to the situation of the National Assembly.
If the emergency is issued, annual leave for police officers will be suspended, and within 50% of the available police force will be mobilized.
The Korea Coast Guard has also significantly strengthened its alert posture in waters across the country and ordered aircraft and commandos to remain ready to be dispatched.
The National Fire Agency also ordered fire departments across the country to strengthen their emergency response posture in response to the issuance of emergency martial law.
The Supreme Court and the prosecution also convened an executive meeting to discuss countermeasures.
The Supreme Court's Office of Court Administration reportedly discussed jurisdiction issues after the declaration of emergency martial law during a three-hour meeting under the order of Chief Justice Cho Hee-dae.
Prosecutor General Shim Woo-jung also convened the command of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office above the level of the prosecutor to hold a meeting.
