President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law last night (the 3rd) is an anti-democratic tyranny against the Constitution.

He then argued that the declaration of martial law for the first time in 44 years was a de facto self-recognition of the dictatorship through anti-democratic measures called martial law in the face of a crisis of power.

At the same time, he added that members of the metropolitan area will gather at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul at 9 a.m. today, and local members will gather at the location designated by the regional headquarters.

An on-site official explained to YTN that the emergency action of Gwanghwamun Square will take about 40 minutes and the candlelight action will continue from around 6 p.m.
