Since the emergency martial law was declared, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security has closed and ordered each local government to close the door to the building, and it has been found that access to the Jeonbuk Provincial Government Office has been restricted for about three hours.

Jeonbuk Self-Governing Province announced that it closed the door for three hours at 11:20 p.m. last night (3rd) after receiving a radio wave from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.

The lifting of the access control was found to be around 2:18 a.m. today, when the Ministry of Public Administration and Security re-ordered that "local government buildings are not included in the closure."

Earlier, immediately after the declaration of the emergency martial law, North Jeolla Province Governor Kim Kwan-young issued a statement saying, "I will do my best as one of the people to lift the martial law and revive democracy and constitutional order."
