Jeonbuk Self-Governing Province announced that it closed the door for three hours at 11:20 p.m. last night (3rd) after receiving a radio wave from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security.
The lifting of the access control was found to be around 2:18 a.m. today, when the Ministry of Public Administration and Security re-ordered that "local government buildings are not included in the closure."
Earlier, immediately after the declaration of the emergency martial law, North Jeolla Province Governor Kim Kwan-young issued a statement saying, "I will do my best as one of the people to lift the martial law and revive democracy and constitutional order."
