About 30 minutes after the emergency martial law was declared last night (3rd), Busan City Council member Park Jong-chul posted a message on social media, saying, "I actively support and sympathize with President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of martial law," and "I salute the president's decision."
Rep. Park then posted an additional article this morning, saying, "It's frustrating to end with happening that even the ruling party's leadership doesn't know," and "Everything has gone back to daily life with the lifting of the martial law."
YTN tried to contact Rep. Park several times to ask the purpose and position of the article, but could not reach him.
