Former and current police officers have filed a complaint against four high-ranking police officers, including National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho, to the high-ranking government official's investigation office on charges of abuse of authority and rebellion.

Inspector Gong Min-ki and others, who served as the chairman of the National Police Workplace Council, explained the reason for the accusation that four executives, including the police chief, threatened the constitutional order by approving or actively enforcing President Yoon Suk Yeol's unfair declaration of emergency martial law.

He also claimed to have violated constitutional rights by mobilizing police forces to block lawmakers from entering the National Assembly.
