Asked about the situation in South Korea during a meeting hosted by the Aspen Strategy Forum, Campbell said that memories of martial law's past experiences resonate deeply and negatively in South Korea.
"I think the country will be in a challenging situation in the coming months," Campbell said. "Our goal is to make sure the alliance is absolutely solid."
