The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced the administration's revision to the notification of the import and export of strategic goods, designating 21 additional items subject to government permission when exporting.
The new control targets 21 items and technologies, including quantum computers and isotopes for quantum computers, cryogenic cooling systems, and 3D printing.
The ministry explained that these products and technologies are already under export control in many countries for international peace and national security.
However, it added that for certain countries such as Russia and Belarus, medical devices will be added as a reason for exemption from permits at the humanitarian level.
The notice will be implemented in the first half of next year after going through the revision process.
