European Euronews reported on the 9th (local time) that it released a leaflet produced by the I Want to Live project, a hotline for Ukrainian intelligence authorities to surrender.
The project, which has so far succeeded in persuading about 350 Russian soldiers to surrender, produced the leaflets to persuade more than 11,000 North Korean troops deployed in the Kursk region.
The leaflets written in Korean included instructions such as "Drop Your Weapon," "Move with a white cloth or flyer," and "Face your face on the ground when you get close to the Ukrainian army."The
{I want to live' project said, "We know the living conditions in North Korea very well. Many people can see this as an opportunity to escape from the North Korean regime and go to another country," he said.
Earlier on the 3rd, the pro-Ukrainian international civic group "Inform Napalm" released a video in which a man who identified himself as a Korean who joined the Ukrainian military and has been fighting for Ukraine for three years urged North Korean troops sent to Russia to surrender.
In the video, the man said, "You have the freedom and the right to make your own life," adding, "When you see the Ukrainian military, give up your weapons, raise your hand and express your intention to surrender." We don't hurt you," he said, urging you to surrender.
