SPC Group Chairman Heo Young-in, who was accused of selling his affiliate shares at a low price to avoid gift taxes, will be sentenced tomorrow (12th).

The Supreme Court will hold a sentence tomorrow against Chairman Huh, former SPC Group general president Cho Sang-ho, and former CEO Hwang Jae-bok, who are suspected of breach of trust.Chairman

He and others were put on trial in 2012 on charges of selling shares of Mildawon, an affiliate of Parikhra Sang and Shani, at a low price to avoid gift tax by the owners family.

Earlier in the first and second trials, all were acquitted on the grounds that it was difficult to conclude that the Mildawon stock valuation method was illegal.
