On the 10th local time, Euronews reported that the Ukrainian military is producing leaflets and videos encouraging North Korean troops to surrender.
The leaflets written in Korean on how to surrender were sprayed on the front lines where the North Korean military was deployed, and a picture of how to abandon the weapons and surrender was also included.
Earlier, the Ukrainian military posted a one-minute, 14-second promotional video produced in Korean on a Telegram channel named "I Want to Live" and recommended surrender by showing detention facilities and meals for North Korean prisoners.
Earlier, Ukraine began a psychological war shortly after the outbreak of the war in 2022 to promote the surrender of Russian soldiers, which reportedly resulted in about 350 Russian soldiers surrendering to Ukraine.
