Yoon Suk Yeol's president was found to have held a cabinet meeting for just five minutes just before martial law was declared.

State Council members were called to the president's office without knowing what it was about, and there was testimony that martial law was declared without proper remarks and literally without even a moment to stop them.

President Yoon Suk Yeol declared martial law at 10:23 p.m. on the 3rd.

The Cabinet meeting to discuss martial law began at 10:17 p.m., just before martial law was declared, and ended in just five minutes.

But the meeting was held in the hospitality room, not in the presidential office's Cabinet room.Testimony came out that it was actually a 'notification' with no beginning and no end to the
meeting.
